Our Mission

Tulsa Interagency Council is a non profit organization dedicated to keeping abreast of the needs and available services in the Tulsa Metropolitan area and surrounding towns through networking with community service groups and providing relevant professional development opportunities for members of the Council.

Our History

Tulsa Interagency Council was founded in 2002 by a small group of professionals who wanted to bring together community services to exchange ideas and information for the purpose of:
  • enhancing communication and networking among representatives of member service groups to better serve the Tulsa community as well as their respective clients;
  • providing professional development opportunities for members of the Council.

Andrew Garrean, owner of Home Instead Senior Care, was elected as the first president.

On October 12, 2005 Tulsa Interagency Council was incorporated as a not-for-profit Oklahoma corporation under the name of Tulsa Interagency Council Foundation.
